Digital Products and Services
If you are a reseller and wish to order a bank of digital access codes for any Lingro courseware products, please email your P.O. to [email protected].
Note that access codes are school- and course-specific and are not interchangeable.
Inclusive Access
LingroLearning participates in all First Day programs and offers codeless and code reveal access. Inclusive Access requests should be emailed to [email protected].
Summer Courses: Printed products and packages in which at least one component is printed
If you wish to order a printed textbook or a package in which at least one item is printed (printed access code cards, loose leaf products, textbooks, or printed course components) for a summer course, please email your PO to [email protected].
For Summer Courses, Dover Publications is the exclusive distributor for print materials formerly published by Pearson and now by LingroLearning.
For Fall Courses: Printed products and packages in which at least one component is printed
If you wish to order a printed textbook or a package in which at least one item is printed (printed access code cards, loose leaf products, textbooks, or printed course components) for a fall course, please email your PO to [email protected].
Returns
LingroLearning is happy to accept returns for digital courseware and print products. Return requests must be received and approved by us no later than December 15 in the year in which the original order is placed.
Digital codes should be emailed to [email protected] and must be verified as active prior to being accepted for return. LingroLearning will deactivate codes and email written approval for the return.
Returns for printed products should be made either to Pearson (orders fulfilled by Pearson) or to Dover (orders fulfilled by Dover.)
