The founders of LingroLearning created the company, in part, to make quality language learning course materials accessible and affordable to everyone. We accept and process all return requests for 30 days beyond our 14-day complimentary access period. (For courses shorter than 10 weeks in duration, we accept returns for up to 15 days beyond the 7-day complimentary access period.) If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances and require an exception, please email us at hubsupport@lingrolearning.com.
